One thing we’re unfortunately not able to offer here at Inspire Cornwall is advice and support to individual parents and parents-to-be.

Our first point of advice, though, to any expectant or new parent who finds themselves struggling with any aspect of new parenthood is to speak to the healthcare professionals who are supporting you and your partner.

This might be your Midwife, your Health Visitor or your GP, for example. Whatever concern you have, please speak to them – you’ll find that they’ll almost certainly be able to reassure you, help you with some useful advice or put you in touch with someone else able to offer more specialist support.
